Get out of Luang Prabang in an air-conditioned minivan to the stunning area north of town by the Nam Khan river. Ride a beautiful loop single track past rice fields, across streams to Tad Kuang Son waterfall. Enjoy a delicious lunch and afterward discover a Khmu village, a secret cave and a natural spring on your way. Visit Tad Sae waterfall and relax before going down the Nam Khan river by motor boat.

Itinerary
Day 01 A e-mountain biking adventure through jungle and villages (L)
At 8am, you will be picked up at your hotel by minibus and travel a short way to arrive at a tropical paradise garden to choose and get a briefing on your selected E-Mountain bike. Spend the morning riding a beautiful off-road single-track loop with several river crossings and visit Tad Kuang Son waterfall.
Enjoy lunch in a colonial-style decorated resort right on the Nam Khan river and after lunch enjoy a second loop with your E-bike. You will visit a traditional Khmu Village and learn about rice planting activities and visit a secret cave and natural spring.
You will visit the famous Tad Sae Waterfall, swim and relax a little before enjoying a scenic motorboat ride downstream on the most beautiful part of the Nam Khan River to the “Chateau Orientale Resort”.
Transfer back to your hotel or guesthouse in an air-conditioned minibus approx 4.30pm.
Trail condition: Single path, rice fields (in raining season muddy)
Pushing Times: At least 5 times (mostly rocks, barriers, little distance)
River/Stream Crossings: Several, two times by boat
Bikes: a) Trek-Bikes 3900, Serie 3 Alpha silver aluminum frame with Suntour Spring fork & Shimano Altus Switching. b) Mongoose / Cooker Bounce right over sand, gravel and sticks with the Mongoose / Cooker Fat Tire Mountain Bike.
